Nexa Properties
Nexa Properties is a new estate agency serving the Bristol market having recently opened an office at the vibrant Cargo Development at Wapping Wharf in Bristol’s harbourside. With an office already established in Portsmouth, Nexa is focused on creating a unique customer experience with a distinctly different estate agency service.
When opening a new office, ensuring a reliable and efficient telephone and internet service provider is a key requirement for any business – which is why Nexa approached FCC when they opened their Bristol office.
Nexa Properties approached FCC for an Internet and Telephone solution. Jake Gready, Director of Nexa explained that, as a start-up company, Nexa required an internet connection and telephone solution that was scalable, cost effective and easily deployed. FCC proposed a bespoke solution that would scale with Nexa’s growth plans, to grow from 5 users to 10 users in the first twelve months, and beyond.
Nexa needed their solution to be implemented in just six weeks. Given the location of their office and this effectively being a new site, there was a lot to do in this short period in liaising with Openreach, completing surveys and waiting for the phone line and broadband to be installed.
Do you require assistance with your business calls and connectivity? Find out how FCC can help.
Thanks to FCC’s strong relationship with its wholesale partner, from point of order
to installation took less than 5 weeks, which then gave FCC time to install the telephone solution, a POE switch and train the staff how to use the system.
FCC supplied Nexa with a Hosted IP telephone solution that meets every aspect of their business requirements which include a mobile app, CRM integration, Auto Attend, call recording and voicemail. There were even elements included in the solution that Nexa hadn’t initially requested, but after seeing a full demo of the solution, are now using them to enhance their business services.
