One of the major potential headaches when a business relocates from one office to another is to keep the day-to-day running as smooth and efficient as possible – and that’s exactly what FCC did when they helped Lead Forensics move offices recently.

Lead Forensics was established in 2009 with a pioneering approach to business lead generation. Their specialist software can identify anonymous website visitors and transform them into tangible actionable sales leads.

Groundbreaking and game-changing, they’ve gone on to redefine the face of the industry, racking up a more-than-impressive roster of sales leads and business-oriented results.

But when they faced an impending office move within a time frame of just four weeks, they naturally approached FCC to manage all their business telecoms requirements and ensure the transition was as hassle-free and efficient as possible without disrupting their daily working operations.

And this is where the experience and expertise of FCC really comes into its own. The demands and challenges were significant. Lead Forensics needed a dedicated internet connection to deliver 50Mbps to support their 30-strong sales team, in addition to new CAT6e cabling. Ordinarily, this would take around the 30 day mark from ordering to installation. However, as the move was taking place in a managed property, they need to wait for approvals before any work could be carried out, hence adding to the issue.

Always ready for a challenge, FCC set about the task in the only way they know how, with total professionalism and dealing with any potential obstacles head-on. To that end, the immediate, worrying concern of Lead Forensics’ business capabilities not being affected from the very start of the move were quickly resolved by FCC’s installation of a temporary solution before the main one could eventually be installed.

The short move time frame of four weeks might have fazed other telecoms providers. Not FCC, who thrive on and are motivated by a good challenge. Within a month, all of Lead Forensics’ telephone lines and IT networks had been fitted, meaning the work was carried out within time and within budget and, crucially, that FCC’s pro-active and resourceful solutions meant Lead Forensics’ daily business operations weren’t affected at all from the very start of the office relocation.
