Mark enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and blames his three daughters for the lack of hair on his head!
Having worked in the industry for close to 20 years, Mark has witnessed a lot of technology changes which he is always first to embrace and challenge the business benefits.
If he’s not spending time in front of his customers, on his laptop or talking on the phone, Mark enjoys the occasional HITT class and a round of golf.
George started in the customer service team in 2017 and is now our Customer Service Manager.
In his spare time, he enjoys getting out on his road bike, running and travelling up north to watch his favourite football team, Newcastle United.
Before working at FCC, George spent two years working for O2 before travelling the world, where he worked on a cruise ship for over a year.
Taylor has recently joined FCC and works in our Customer Service team supporting our customers.
He is currently studying business administration part time to help further his career with FCC.
In his spare time, Taylor enjoys listening to music and playing football for the local football team.
Steve is a Business Analyst, creating monthly customer mobile billing analysis reports. In addition, providing internal operational tracking tools.
With previous 40 years’ experience within Aerospace engineering, production and operational environments, together with quality emphasis, this provides useful knowledge and experience into FCC.
As a member of a local Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym, Steve keeps fit, and is also a keen swimmer. Enjoys visiting his adult children in Brisbane and Barcelona and going to Glastonbury Festival.
Jon joined FCC in 2018, with almost twenty years telecoms experience.
Ex-Army who loves a challenge and recently completed Lands End to John O Groats on a push bike!!
Manages a local football team and still plays the beautiful game. Burning desire is to ride a motorbike across the Himalayas.
I am very creative; I love anything arty. I also enjoy being active too and am hoping to complete the three-peak challenge in the future with my partner.
