Great Western Air Ambulance Charity

The Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) provide the air ambulance and critical care services across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire, North Somerset and surrounding areas.

GWAAC provide emergency care to people who are in a state so critical that they require the specialist skills of the GWAAC team at the scene of the accident or medical incident.

GWAAC approached FCC with a view to saving costs on their mobiles phone usage.

Previously, GWAAC had a number of mobile phone contracts with a variety of suppliers and were looking to have a single supplier who could offer the best price, whilst still providing a reliable and professional service.

Are your mobile services costing you money? Or driving your business forward? Find out how FCC can help.

Being a local charity, FCC were only too happy to reduce its margins in order to support this very worth while cause and were more than able to provide the cost savings GWAAC had been hoping to achieve.

Given the critical nature of being able to contact their employees at all times, the change-over was carried out with precision and without disruption.

“The transition period was seamless, thanks to George who made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on progress on the days our contracts switched over.”

Having consolidated their mobile users and contracts, GWAAC see much value in working with just one provider.

In addition to the obvious cost savings, they now have just one number to call for support, friendly and professional people they know well at the other end of the phone and a highly responsive service where speed is everything in their line of work.
