The festive season is nearly upon us, and to make sure your customers know when you’ll be around during Christmas and New Year, it’s time to talk!  It can also be a great excuse to tell them about sales or special offers you might have over this period, and what’s coming up in the first part of 2025.
So here’s what you need to do:

  • Decide on your Christmas and New Year opening hours
    Make sure that everyone internally knows the business holiday schedule. Whether you’re open for special hours or taking a well-earned break, keeping everyone in the loop makes a big difference.
  • Tell us at First Class Comms

  • Update Your Google Business Profile

  • Refresh Your Website and Social Media
    Add a quick post or banner to let people know when you’re around during the holidays. Pin it to the top of your page for easy access
  • Switch on Email Auto-Replies
    If you like, and to make sure you don’t forget, you can set up your email auto-replies in advance. Don’t forget to say when you’re back in, and what to do or who to contact in case of an emergency, if that’s relevant.
